Very few were made. Early pieces colored stone white or
grey. Later sandstone buff. 6 were cast in cold cast bronze/resin
mix for an exhibition at the Maltings, Farnham in 1981.
Chichester Cross is not made from Crystacal because the
detailed nature of the piece required a stronger material. Resin was used,
making the piece more expensife to produce & it was a nightmare to cast.
As a result, very few were made & it's production life span
was very short. This piece was not painted, but dipped in three color
variations: stone white, stone gray, & sandstone buff for the later pieces.
